HOMEWOOD RAILROAD DAYS - 2008

When my Metra train arrived around 11:10am - NOTHING at train show - except  UP3191 (SD40-2R)   

Needed to go to the washroom but sign said "NO SPRAY ZONE" and along came the yard engines

CN/IC9602 (GP38-2) + CN217 (GP9 slug) + CN/GTW6425 (GP40-2)

CN6262 (SD40-3) - Note I.C.R.R. sublettering

IC100 (E9Ar) not operating

Lead unit IC101 (also not operating)  

While waiting for my 12:04pm Metra train back to Chicago - on permanent display is

IC8404 (GP10)

IC Caboose 9426

Just before Metra arrived, the inbound to Chicago Saluki arrived at Homewood with AMTRAK151

(P42DC) pulling 3coaches and  . . . .
